N the matter of an application for execution, to be

issued against the lands of Thomas Price, of Town- ship Number Forty-seven, in King’s County, in Prince Edward Island, Farmer, deceased, and all his former right, title, and interest therein, under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island. passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her Msjesty Queen Victoria. intituled “An Act in amendment of. and in addition to. the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature."7 upon a certain judgment entered of Record in the said Court, in a cause wherein John Doe. and the several demises of Flora McDonald. John McDonald, and Ann Mc- Donald, his wife; Alexander Mclsaac, Isabella. Mc- Donald. and Julia McDonald, was Plaintiff, and the said Thomas Price, Defendant.

\Vhereas application hath been made to this Court on the part of the above named Flora McDonald. John McDonald, and Ann McDonald. his wife; Alexander Mclsaac, Isabella McDonald, and Julia McDonald, the Lessors of the Plaintiff, stating that the sum of one shilling debt. and forty-two pounds eighteen shillings and eight-pence costs, together with twenty-seven shil- lings and eight-pence costs ofincreasc. In all, forty—four pounds Six shillings and four-pence are due and Owing to them on, and secured by. a certain judgment entered ofRecord at the suit of the said John Doe, against the said Thomas Price, in or about July Term. A. I). 1857, for the sum of one shilling debt or damages. and the said sum of forty-two pounds eighteen shillings and eight- pence costs of suit. and execution on such judgment hath been rnoyed for on behalfof the said Flora Mc- Donald, John McDonald, and Ann McDonald. his Wife, Alexander Mclsaae, Isabella McDonald, and Julia McDonald, the Lessors of the said Plaintiff.

It is ordered, That unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said Thomas Price, deceased, shall, on the twelfth day of July next, at Charlottetown, come forward and show cause why execution should not be issued upon the aforesaid judgment. as prayed for, then execution will be issued against the lands, tenements, and heroditaments of the said Thomas Price, deceased, in pursuance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to. the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature.”

Land, more or less in Queen‘s County; andI do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Saturday, the third day of July next, 1869, at ’I‘welve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, 5131, up and sell, at Public Auction, the said pi'opei‘ty,'or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for thirty-six pounds three shillings and four pence, with interest on £28, part thereof, from 11th December, A. 1)., 18:37, till paid. besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage and incidental expenses. All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Edward (lay, in and to Forty (10) acres of Leasehold Land, situate on Lot No. Forty-nine, (49) together with Seventeen (17) acres of Leasehold Land. situate on Lot No. Fifty, (60) now in possession of the said Edward Gay.
