Va teaspoon pepper

5 cups coarse-cut cabbage

Trim excess fat from chops. Brown chops In large frying pan in oil.

Combine and add remaining ingredients e x c e p t cabbage. Cover; cook over high heat un- til steaming freely. i

Then lower heat and slimmer1 so minutes or until chops are; fork- tender.

Add cabbage; cover; cook 10 minutes more.

Remove chops. Toss cabbage in pan-sauce.

Serve very hot.
