Bert “The Fish” Ronahan posted his first shutout of the season, with help from the virtually impregnable de- fensive lineup that has become known as the Electric Fence. Mark “The Blockhouse” Rona- han, Scott “Ogelthorpe’ Gallant, Scotty “Caper” Lewis, Kevin

“Weeble” Sark, and Chuck “Elas- tic legs” _Keoughan provided the offense for Marian.

Winter Carnival

The Pit Bulls have set their sights on the Winter Carni- val Tournament trophy, which is named after former Marian Haller Scott Holt. Scott died of leukemia in 1987, but he is re- membered by his friends at Mar- ian Hall. The Pit Bulls vow to uphold Scott’s virtues of determi- nation and sportsmanship in the Intramural Tournament.

It’s Coed Time Again

The residence committees of Marian, Bernardine, and Blan- chard are collaborating on an- other Co-ed scheduled for Febru- ary 11 at Rodd’s Royalty Inn. Everyone is looking forward to this event, especially since the CP Prince Edward Hotel will not
