Royal Canadian Mounted Police on a routine check at Langley Beach, across the harbor from Charlottetown yesterday afternbon discovered that three summer cot- tages had beeli broken int-o. The cottages are owned by Allison Mc- Leod, Louis J. McDonald an-l Hed- ley Weeks, all of Charlottetown.

The Mounties are making an e!- iort to stop this vandalism and are understood to have learned the names o! four juveniles from Charlottetown who were seen around the cottages at Langley on Sunday, March l2. It was also al- leged that the youths drove tn the Langley district with a horse and sleigh, allegedly taken, without the H permission o! the owner, from in L front of a premises on Prince St.

Entrance to one cottage was made by tearing off a screen door and breaking a large glass in the main door. The lock was smashed on a. second cottage and the third was rntcred by breaking a glass ln the door.
