And a sum of fifteen pounds to purchase a new Beat for the use ofthe Excise Department.

And a sum of one hundred and fifty pounds for erecting a \Vharf at \Vheatly River.

And a sum ofthii‘ty live pounds for repairs to God’s Bridge, Lot Ten.

And a sum of one hundred pounds towards the erection of Souris Breakwater.

And a sum of one hundred pounds to defray the expense of railing in and planting Trees round the Colonial Building, Charlottetown.

And a sum ot'two thousand five hundred pounds, at the disposal ofthe Government, for the establish- ing ofand stocking a Model or Stock Farm.

And a sum of one thousand pounds, at the disposal ofthe Government, towards the erection of a Mar- ket House in Charlottetown.

And a sum of one hundred pounds be granted and paid to the Solicitor General in addition to the sum to be paid him by statute for his services for the current year.

And a stun of one thousand pounds, at the disposal ofthe LieutenantGovernor, for the payment of Staff Officers and Drill Sergeants, for the purchase of Ammunition and Accoutrements, and for the storage and preservation of the Arms furnished by Her Majesty’s Imperial Government, and generally in such other services as may, from time to time, ap- pear necessary to the Commander-in-Cliieffor the etficient organization and maintenance ofa Volun- teer and Militia Force. _

And a sum of one hundred and fifty pounds to the Government House Committee for disbursements in and about Government House.

And a sum of one hundred pounds, at the disposal ofthe Government, to defray the cost of repairs to and disbursements connected with the Colonial Building.

And a sum of twenty pounds to be paid to John Cairns, being duties paid by him.

And a sum of,one hundred pounds to defray the expenses of contested Election between Messxeurs MacGowan and MacDonald, provided Crown Law Officers recommend the same to be paid.

And a sum of fifty pounds to be paid John Harper, Jailor, Prince County, provided, upon enquiry, the Executive Government find he has a just claim.

And a. sum of one thousand pounds to defray the CXpenses of the repairs ot the three County Jails.

To the Reverend D. B. Parnther, towards the support of the Bog School, Charlottetown, a sum of twenty pounds.
