guute enlightening on the employment sitUation here. if one could get arOund the verbage and statistics the testimony of private citizens and a small busi- nessman were interesting and understandable in their informality. all that remains to be seen of course, is whether the federal government will act upon the suggestions of the task force, or whether the entire paper will be shelved for future reference.

my last point is the most important one this week. regarding mr. clow's letter on this page, ms. smits only wrote the article on the front page last week. i gathered the information and gave it to her to write up as i was short of time. as for the facts, well, when three or four differnt individuals tell you the same facts, you tend to believe them. perhaps mr. clow, you are defending your job? i might add that the persons from whom i received the information‘ Were present at the barn when the break-in was dis- covered, or shortly aftenuards.

let that be a lesson to you all. the SUN staff is so overworked that it finds it next to impossible to cover every side to any situation.

Dear Ms. Smitse and THE EYE It is quite obvious Ms. Smi ts never researched what she wrote about in the second issue on the front page of The Sun. -She writes like a headline grapping rookie out for sensationalism instead of being responsible enough to ask questions of , people who were involved. Myself and Kent Walker would have gladly set you straight if you had taken the time to ask. Here are me facts Ms. Smite: 1. It was impossible to crawl through the window. What they did was break the window and then reach inside, unlock the window and push it open. 2. The strongest door in the barn is the door guarding our beloved alcohol and it was not left unlocked. The outside door leading into the store-roans was . left open so the (P's could leave their GP jackets where they are supposed to be left. 3. Fifteen cases of beer were not left out in an unlocked rocm. There
