Mr. Thos. McPhee, who is to haul the milk from the lower Earnecliffe route to the factory at Vernon Kver this season has succeeded in overcoming a very great inconvenience. The distamce from Mr. McPhee’s home to the end of the road where he is to begin bis loading is by the public road about three miles. Having an eye to business he succeeded in getting e laxge crowd of men together to build a bridge across Mclanis creek and under his (Mr. Mr. McPhee’s) superintendence it was completed in one day, thus shortens ing the distance to one mile,
