The Shields-Globe Suit.

_ Yesterday a motion was made to dismiss libel suit brought by John Shields against the Globe and others. The court allowed Shields,three weeks more to file particulars; but the Globe this morning says it will not stay muzzeled any longer, and published an article repeating all its former charges against the Government in connection with section B contract.
