Norton, George Poole and Joseph Wightman, against Donald McLean and Michael McLean, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Donald McLean and Michael McLean, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Donald McLean and Michael McLean, in and to 25 acres of Land, 3. little more or less, situate on Township No. 55, in King’s County, fronting on the south side of DeGros Marsh, bounded on the east. by land formerly owned by Hugh Mel’hec, and on the west by land in possession of John McLean, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Second day of October next, 1866, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction. the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £25 105, currency, together with interest on £20 105, part thereof, until paid, besides Sheritl"s fees and all incidental expenses.

I do hereby publicly notify the owners or occupiers of Land and Real Estate in Georgetown and Common, lor which the annual Assessment levied thereon by the Assessors tor said Town and Common is payable. that unless the Assessment for the current year be paid into the hands of James N. Cogswell, Esquire, my Collector for said Town and Common, within the time prescribed by Law, proceedings will be taken against all such Lands and Real Estate as shall then be In arrears tor the non-pay ment of the sums charged thereon, agreeably to the directions of the above recited Act.
