nothing more than a greasy bout of pizza to throat to stamach, to foot- out-the-door and go hore. This adds to the cetrinent of what is not democratic, but what should be democratic, and also what should. be by and for the sturknts, as apposed to by and for me imndivid- ual monkey. The Cadre meetings must stop being nothing more than a grease-eating pizza festival and must enter into conversation con- ceming the Cadre - qpinims mm what those involved think of the cadre and suggestions cn how it might be improved must be made more possible to be given, awd taken into account. This would hopefully lead to such issues as the role of the paper being, to at least some degree, more democratically decided. Improving the paper and it's overall omtent would be of something which I would suggest is highly relational to - amd per- haps even dependent upon to some degree - the wey these involved work together towards creating the Paper.

Also conceming the com- plaint of unprofessimalism, I focused around the way the office is ket up, ad weet it is atally used for. The office itself grells, locks, and has the feeling of sme kind of "lived in" carpost bin, which basically means that the office is dirty in (at leest) two ways: one, there is garbace amd moulding skink piss in old beer bottles - amd two, sleazy attempts at romance should be taken to the run-off ditch outside along the rails-for-trails, rather then inside

But you know, what really bothers me here is that sleazy attempts at romance should not, in the first place, be attempted if you understand what I mean. This should bother everyone. So ladies and monkey men, if you make a mess please clean it up yourself for mama; if you have some kind of horrible itch scratch it somewhere else in the big monkey forest, add take another route to get there - also for mama, and possible mama's.

These are the key problems conceming the inner workings of the Cadre - that it is disoropnized,

undemocratic, and unprofessional. During a meeting which wes held two weeks ago there showed signs of the possibility of improvement and of working cm these issues. However, after reading Thams's last editorial is seems that he is mt taking these problems as seriously as: he perhaps should, and that he finds them to be of no omse- quence. We will see in the future how things go, amd in all likelihood there will be a followup to this in order to let others know how these issues are progressing, or how they are devolving - amd speaking of devolving Thomas, get down from to use funny Devo quotes in your editorials anymore! We can clearly see who these "monkey men all dressed in business suits" really - are. And listen to that fim sag (Jocko Homo) again! As it goes - "Me are Devo". This includes the Cadre.
