(1.) Is a British subject of the twenty-one years, and free from any ¢xpacity ; and

(2.) Has during the twelve months imme- diately preceding the first day of the sitting of the Court for the revision of the Lists oi Voters for the House of Assembly, at which he may apply to be registetod as a voter, been resi- dent in the Polling Division for which he may claim to vote ; and

(3.) Has paid his Poll Tax for the y ar im- mediately preceding such sitting of Wu said Court of Revision.
