Three years ago the Queens member addressed the clan meeting in Somerset, Kentucky, where he shared the platform with Sen- ator John Sherman Cooper of the U.S. Senate. Another member of the American Con- gress is expected to attend this year's meeting. Mr. Macquarrie, who re- cently participated in the Canada American Assembly at Mont Gabriel Quebec. will speak on the relations be tween the two countries.

Rossiter Agrees On Offshore Mineral Rights

It is the contention of Mr MacLean that provinces should hold jurisdiction over under sea resources, and that decision should be reached soon ending the off-shore min- eral rights controversy.
