A few of the most important. fea- tures of this fine new building are as follows. In the yard behind the building are three large gar- ages where ienants may park their cars. In the building itself are eight airy and sunny offices four on the ground floor and four on the second floor. These may be used either as double or single offices. The most desirable of these offices is on the second floor and is large, sunny and comfortable with a. large fire-place in one wall. All the floors of the building we lined win battleship brown lino- leum and in all the rooms are the latest lighting and heating fixtures. with running water on the ground floor and both ladies and gentle- men's wash-rooms on the second floor. On the top floor are two store rooms that could be used for storing books or files.
