rected, issued out ot'IIer Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Edward Worrell Allcyne, against Edi 'ard Stewart, I have taken and seized as the Property of the said Edward Stewart, all his Right, Title, and Interest, in and to part of Town Lot No. 16, third range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting 32 feet on Main Street and extending East by parallel lines 81 feet, bound- ed on the South by Lot No. 1, On the East by Lot No. 15, third range, Letter F, and 011 the North by the remaining portion of said Lot No. 16, together with the Dwelling House and all other Buildings thereon. And I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will on Saturday, the Fourth day ofJuly next, A. 1)., 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Georgetown, in King’s County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said Property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Fifty-four Pounds thirteen Shillings and four Pence, with interest on Fifty Pounds, part thereof from 6th December 1865, until paid, besides Shcrill’s fees and all incidental expenses. I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAnlay and John McAulay, All their right, tltle and interest in and to the following tracts. pieces or parcels of land, namely : all the Right, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1, third range, Letter G, in Georgetown, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels 01' land situate on Township No. 53, in King's County, the ﬁrst containing 100 acres ofLand, a little more or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a litlle more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the Right, Title and Interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buil .‘Zings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234, 245, 24-6 and 303, in the Royalty of George town, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 18th day of February, 1868, at the Court, House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public Auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £199 128. 6d. debt, with interest thereon from the lst day of August, 1862, until paid, and £23 165. 8d. costs, also 16s. 8d. for writ, besides Sherill"s poundage and all other incidental expenses. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of George Howatt against John Gamble, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Gamble, all the Right, Title and Leasehold In- tcrest of the said John Gamble in and to 90 acres of Land, together with the Buildings and Improvements thereon, situate at Tryon, Lot or Township Number 28, at present in the occupation of the said John Gamble, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that; I will, on the 22nd day of February, 1868, at Twelve o’clock noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanors, in the said County, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £305 165. 8d., with Interest on £300, part thereof, from 22nd June last until paid, besides Sheritl"s fees and incidental expenses.
