IIE Provincial Government of the Province of Auckland, New Zealand, by an Act passed in March, 1858, to en- courage Emigration, have authorized me, as their Agent ner Prince Edward Island, to grant to all persons (male or fema @,) who will emigrate from this Island at their own cost, for the purpose of settling in the Province of Auckland, Free Land, according to the following scale, viz :— at

For every person, 18 years and upwards, 40 acres iAP or every peysch upwards of 5 and under 18 years of age, 20 — Provided always, that in any case in which ® child sha accompany the parent, the grant shall be given to the parent, and not to the child; and in any case in which a servant shall be taken, at the sole expense of the master, the allowance shall be made to the master, and not to the servant.
