SALE OF WILDERNESS LANDS.

7 HE Commissxoner of Public Lands. for the purpose

of ascertaining the exact position of the Selkirk Es- tate. and to carry out the provisions of “ An Act fur- ther to explain and amend the Land Purchase Bill," will submit to public competition, at Mr. John Kenne- dy’s. Wood Islands, Lot 62. on Tuesday, the 14th day of July next, at 12 o’clock, noon, about 3500 acres of land, situate on l’leasent Valley Road, and on Gray’s Road, Township No. 62. being the residue of the Wil- derness Lands on the Selkirk Estate.

The above land will be oflered in blocks of from 50 to 100 acres, as laid off on the Office Plan of the Town— ship. copies of which may be seen at Mr. John Kennedy’s, Wood Islands, and at the office of Public Lands. Colonial Building.

Terms of Sale—£20 per cent. of the purchase money at the time of sale. and the balance thereof on the 1st day of January, 1869.

Nora—The Commisioner Will, on the day above named, alter the sale of lands, be prepared to receive applications from persons desirous of settling on the Wilderness Lands of Townships Nos. 63 & 64.
