OTTAWA, Feb. 22—(CP)—Mlll- lary cadets of Canada and the Un- lted States will meet in an inter- national hockcy match at \Vcst Point. N. Y.. next month, reviving a classic which lapsed during the svar after 19 years of rivalry.

N. s., Feb. 5-3!- A referee and two Ilnesmen will be used ln all games of the Cape Breton Senior Hockey League fin- als between Sydney Millionaires and Glace Bay Miners which opens here tomorrow night. The change- over from the two-referee-system was arranged at a special meeting of the Cape Breton League execu- tive tonight.

Appointed referee-ln-chlef for the ‘best-of-seiren series ls Maurice (Moe) Walsh of Newmarket, Ont. The llnesmen will be Burt Sleep of Ilollfax and Roy Prowse of Charlottetown.

Second game of (he series is scheduled to be played at Glace Bay Thursday, the third at Sydney Friday and the fourth at Glace Bay Saturday.

Should a flfth, sixth or seventh game be necessary they wlll fol- low consecutively ncxt Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday. Cape Bre- ton winners must. be declared bc- fore Friday, March 4.

An overtime llmit of 10 minutes has been (leclared for all games of the series except the seventh game. Should the series reach the seven- game llmit and the two teams are tied at the end. of regulation time the clubs will be required to play a 10-minute overtime and if no de- clslon ls reached then, "sudden death" overtime will then be ord- ered.

The flnal series wlll be based on a point scale with eight points ne- cessary to claim series victory and the Cape Breton championship.

The East Royalty Royals downed the Southport Ramblers by a score of 5-3 in a fast. Wide-open game at East Royalty rink last night. to go undefeated so far this geason. ‘The win gives East Royalty the right to meet the winner of the Mllton-Covehead semi-finals.

The Ramblers, leading 1-0 in the first and 3-2 at the end of the second perlod, couldn't sustain the terrific attack launched by the Royals in the final qmto, when they outscored them 3-0 to take the game by a two-goal margin.

‘The hardhlttlng New Haven Royals defeated the Kingston Crystals by a score of 5-0 at the Cornwall rink last night, in an in- teresting and rugged encounter.
