NOTICE. THEREAS a \Vrit has been issued to us, under ’ and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof,” whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made, commencing and running along the north end and west side of Charles Kelly’s farm, in Lot 37. to the Pisquid Road. and from thence to the Road from Lot 66 to the Cardigan Road; we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned. that we will commence the exe- eution of the said writ by attending at the house of Patrick McKenna. of said Lot or Township. on the 25th day of June next, at the hour of ten o‘clock. in the forenoon, and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest accord- ing to Law. Given under our hands this 24th day of May, 1869
