I have levied the said \Vrit on the above recited Townships, for the several amounts due thereon ; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will set up and sell, at the Court House in Georgetown, at Public Auction, on the Fourteenth day of March next, 1868, at the hour of twelve o’clock, noon, the above mentioned Township Lands, to satisfy the levy marked on the said writ against them, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses. Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, is- sued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi— cature, at the suit of John Currie against Colin McPhee, All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Colin Mcl’hee in and to fifty acres of leasehold land, situate at the West River, Township No. 65, in the said Island; and I do h‘éreby give Public Notice that I will, on Monday, the 9th day of December next, 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon. at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, by Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £17 6s. 6d., besides

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me direct- ed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Roche Bourke against Edward Gay, I have taken and seized. as the property of the said Edward Gay, all the Right, Title, Estate and In- terest of the said Edward Gay, in and to Forty (40) Acres of Leasehold Land. situate on Lot No. 49, together with Seventeen (17) acres of leasehold land, situate on Let N o. 50, now in possession of the said Edward Gay, also Fiftvetliree (53) acres of freehold land, and Fifty:seven (57) .cres of leasehold land, situate on Lot 49, aforesaid, now in possession of Lewis Gay,with the premises, hereditaments, and appurtenances there- unto belonging, and also fifty (50) acres of leasehold land situate on Lot No. Fifty (50) now in the possession of James Currie, (Forks) and also One hundred acres of leasehold land situate on Lot 49, now in the occupation of Charles Gellespie, together with Fifty-six (56) acres of leasehold land in the possession of the said Edward Gay, situate on Lot No. 37, together with all Houses and Buildings thereon, and all hereditaments, advan- tages, and appurtenances to each and every the said hereinbeforc mentioned pieces of land belonging or in any wise appertaining; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Friday, the Fifteenth U5) day of May next, 1868, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Action, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being One hundred and forty-five pounds nine shillings and eleven pence, debt and costs, with interest on One hundred and twenty-one pounds seventeen shillings and six pence. from the thirtieth day of September.
