SHERIFF’S SALES.

BY virtue of two several Writs of Statute Execution, to . me directed, issued out of Her Majesty ’8 Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Bourke, against Joseph Kellow, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Kellow, All his right, title and freehold interest, in and to one-fourth of Town Lot No. 9, Second Range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting on the Western side of Kent Street 30 feet, and extending back 84 feet, a little more or less, with the building thereon erected; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of APRIL, 1867, at the Court House in Georgetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the two said several Writs. One Execution being for the sum of £80 8s. 0d., with interest on £60, part thereof from the 30th day of March, 1865, until paid, besides 16s. 8d. for said Writ, Sheriff ’s fees and incidental expenses; the other Execution for the sum of £39 5s. 2d, with interest on £33, part thereof from the 30th day of MARCH, 1865, until paid, besides 16s. 8d. for Writ, Sherifl’s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of J udicature. at the suit of Daniel Brenan against Bartholomew Pollard, I have taken and seized as- the property of the said Bartholomew Pollard, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Town Lots Nos. 88, 89, 90, in the First Hundred of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen (13,) bounded by a line commencing at a stake fixed on Dor- ohester Street, at the south-west corner of Town Lot No. 91, thence westwardly along Dorchester Street 40‘ feet, and extend- ing back by parallel lines, 80 feet. Also, all that other tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Char- lottetown, bounded as follows, that is to say—commencing at the south-east angle of Lown Lot No. 23, on the north side of Water Street, thence by a line running at a right angle with the said street northwardly, for the distance of 86 feet, thence by a line parallel to the said street, northeastwardly, for the distance of 42 feet, thence by a right angle line southeast- wardly, for the distance of 80 feet to the said Street, thence following the course of the said street southwestwardly, 42 feet, to the lace of commencement, being one-fourth part of Town Lot 0. 24, in the First Hundred of Town Lots in the said Town, in Queen’s County, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereto belonging; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 12th day of January, 1 67, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked .on the said writ, being £75 123. 4d., with 16s. 86. for this writ, and interest on £71 159. 8d., from 27th March, 1866,

until paid, besides Sheriff ’s fees and incidental expenses.
