OREAMED TUNA IN RICE RING

(Makes 4 or 5 servlnn)

One and one-third cups pack- aged pre-cooked ricc. 111' Cups water. is teaspoon salt. 2 table-

spoons butter, 1 can tloli ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup. '3 cup milk. 1 can (7 ounces) tuna fish. drained.

Combine rice. water and salt in saucepan. Mix just until all rice is moistened. Bring quickly to a boil over high heat, uncovered, fluffins gently once or twice with I fork. (Do not stir). Cover and remove from heat.

Let stand 10 minutes. Add but-

ter to rice, fluff gently with a fork. and pack in a well-greased 7-inch ring mold. Let stand ii few minutes. Meanwhile. heat soup and milk in saucepan over low heat, stirr- ing constantly. Add tuna: heat thoroughly. Turn rice ring out onto hot platter. Fill center of ring with cream tuna and serve at once.
