Every driver of a farm tractor, when operating such tractor on a highway. is now required by Statute to be the holder of a valid driver's license. A person between the ages of fourteen to sixteen years, mav quality for a driver's license by suc- cessfully undergoing the prescribed written and vision tests for a regular driver's license, but, such license will be restricted to the operation of a farm tractor only. Appointments ‘for under- going the prescribed tests may be made at any Motor Vehicle Registration Office. The holder of a valid regular driver’s license may use such lic- ense when operating a farm tractor on the high- ways.

Mr. Percy Miller of Central Lot 16 passed away at the Prince County Hospital on Tuesday, March 16th in his 91st year af- ter having been a patient there two months. Mr. Mil- ler was born in Lot 16 and was a lifetime resident of that com- munity

Left to cherish the memory of a devoted husband and father are his wife the former Frances Brown, two daughters Mrs. Ivan Dawson, Central Bedeque and Mrs. Milton Pickard, Charlotte- town. and one son WP. Miller, « Central Lot 16; also a brother Edward Miller of Lot 16: five grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends. Two brothers and three sisters predeceased hen .

Mr. Miller was a kind and thoughtful neighbour, always ready to help in all community affairs. For many years he was secretary of the Lot 16 United Church cemetery and did much toward keeping the grounds well cared for. He was a_ staunch supporter of Lot 16 United Church and made many worth- while contributions towards its work
