MEETINGS are held on the first Tuesday of the month (except June, July, August and September) at 8:00 p.m. at the Farm Centre on University Ave- nue, Charlottetown. Members and non-members are welcome.

The Wild Lupin (Lupinus perennis) is a common sight throughout much of Prince Edward island, although it is not native to this province. They often occur at edges of fields, a mass of purple flowers dominating the landscape, increasing every year. But in certain areas they are bicolou’ ed, with different combinations of red and white, purple and white, yell w and white, etc. It is really one of our most notable wildflowers.
