N Pursuance of an Order from Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, dated the 30th day of January, 1865, I hereby give Public Notice, that I will sell at Public Auction, on Friday, the 10th inst., at 10 o'clock, at Tignish, Lot 1, and on Saturday, the 11th inst., at 2 o'clock, p. m., at Port Hill, (where part of the Live Stock now is,) the following Goods and Chattels, attached at the suit of James Yeo against PrancisArsneaux, an absent 01 ab- sconding Debtor, viz:

3 Horses, 7 Head Horned Cattle. 12 Pigs, about 50 bush. Oats, about 1110 bushels Barley, about 20 tons Hay, a quantity Straw, about 500 bush. Potatoes, (1'. about 100 bush Turnips, 14 Sheep, a quantity of Codﬁsh, Mackeral and Ilerrings.
