Student Medical Plan 1986/87

Upon registration all full time students automatically become members of the Student Medical Plan (Blue Crcss) and are charged $36.00. If you are already covered by a medical plan you may with- draw from the Student Medical Plan.

Immediately after registration you may pick up your refund at the Student Union Office located on the first floor of the Student Union Building. You will need your 1986/87 Student Card or receipt from the University and proof of another medical plan. If you are receiving a student loan do not wait until the loan has been processed: before applying for the Student Medical plan rebate.

Students interested in a family medical plan can get further information from the Student Union Office before Sept. 19, 1986.

Student Medical Plan rebates are only available until Sept. 19, 1986.
