A verdict of damages for the plainiiff for $5,000 was returned by the jury ill the case of Eldon Mat- thews vs Kenneth Matthews at the conclusion of the case late Monday niant. The case was an action for damages to the amount of $10,000 arising out of a motor collision. the (‘use was tried by civil jury and 0c- cupied the court for several days.
