I would first of all like to thank the members of the Junior class for selecting me as their class president. I will certainly do my best . to contribute something to the class in the next five or six months. But it is by no means a "one man show".
I believe that it is the responsibility of each class to offer someting to the u— niversity during the course of the academic year. There is also another important responsibility — that is to‘ raise funds covering the. COSt of its own Senior week.r It is flnportant to rememberh that these responsibili‘bi 63 not have to be a drag; they Can be fun. It all depends 0f the willingness of each Class member to contribute a little bit of time and a lot 0f imagination.
