IIEREAS the General Assembly ofthis Island stands pro- rogued until Wednesday, the Twenty-third day of January inst: ' - I have thought fit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, to Dissolve the said General Assembly, and the same 13 hereby dissolved accordingly. And I do hereby give notice to the Members for the several Electoral Districts and Towns and Royalties within the said Island. that they are dis. charged from further attendance in the said General Assembly.

And I do further declare, that I have this day git en orders that Write for callinga new General Assembly be issued in due form, the said writs to bear teste on THURSDAY, the TWENTY- FOUR’I‘H day of JANUARY inst., and to be returnable on WED- NESDAY, the TWENTIETH day of MARCH next.

Given under my hand and the Great Seal of this Island, at Charlottetown, in the said Island, this 2lst day of January, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, and in the Thirtieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.

there will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION, in the apartment occu- pied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlotte- town, on SATURDAY,thc 16th of FEBRUARY next,at the hour of 12 o’clock, Noon, ALL that tract. piece, or parcel of LAND, situate, lying, and being in the Royalty of Princetown, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, consisting of SIX PASTURE LOTS, num- bered as follows. that is to say: Number Twenty, (20). Number Twenty one (21), Number Twenty-two (22), Number Forty-one, (41), Number Sixty-three (63), and Number Sixty-four (64.), as laid down on the plan of said Royalty, containing Forty-eight acres of Land, in Lots of Eight acres each, be the some more or less, trigether with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all eaSements, rights, and appurtenances, to the same belonging, or appertaining.

Commission has been issued, directed to nl, . under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her przsent Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highwaysf’ and of the Acts 9n amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of {cad is intended to pass along the line dividing the Farms of eter McKenna and Peter Ayl- got-sh, and through William McCallan’s farm to the Palmer’s

Court of Judicature, Corrt of Assi-ze and General Jail delivery for King’s County, will be held at the Court Homo, in Georgetown, on Tuesday, the 26th thy of February next, at the hour of Ten o’clock, forenoon, of the same day. of which all Justices, Coroners, Iligh and Petty Constables and Bailiifs, will take notice,and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several offices shall be to be done.
