One deduction which appears necessarily to .follow fromthe decision given by the Legislative Council and the Colonial Minister, is, that any measure ' which is to be of any benefit to the Loyalists, and which re- quires the assent of Legislative Councils. Governors, and the Crown. will be rendered nugatory, because, by one or other of these objecting to some of the clauses of the Bill. or being unable to see the existence of any wrong
