Labor Minister Opens Annual Debate On Unemployment Problem. _

eluding one each from Nova Scotla and New Brunswick, have been selected from regional festival win- ners to participate in the finals cf the sixth annual competition. Wide variety of theme featured this year's selection with satirical and htunorous plays encroaching on the tragedy which dominated last year's festival finals here.
