I have levied the said writ on the above recited Townships, for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give notice that I will set up and sell at public auction, at the Court House in George- town, on Saturday the let day of January, 1865, at 12 o’clock, noon, the above mentioned lands, or as much thereofas will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ against the same respectively, toge- ther with 165 8d., for the aforesaid writ, besides Sherifi"s fees
