Why does the country pay some fourteen hundred pounds annually for these schools if they are not able to give a “thorough good education” to our Wesleyan Young ¥riends? There is no dowht but the action of the Wesleyans in this anatter will deal axbeavier blow to our “ noble system of education,” than even we ourselves ivagined. They find that they have trusted too much and too long to the State for the j-@dieatiqn of their.children, and they are now about taking the matter into their own hands. They are right, and we wish them every success,
