Western Union Tele graph Company, and Hatch vs. the same company, in which judgements rendered by Judge Truax, sustaining the action of the company in absorbing the American Union and Atlantic and Pacitic and issuing a stock dividend of fifreen millions, are reversed
and the whole scheme branded as illegal.
