Rescue From RHO Cassiopieae

1. Frank Luxon is a 21 year old student studying education at the University of Prince Edward Island. Frank loves to be with children and hopes to bea school teacher when he graduates from university. During the summer of 1989 he got a job working at a Dairy Bar in North Rustico. The Dairy Bar is very busy most nights except for Sunday’s. On the last Sunday he worked at the Dairy Bar, before he went back to school, something strange happened. Frank was just sitting behind the counter, no customers were around, when he heard something or someone trying to say something to him. ‘‘Frank, Frank can you hear e, ** this voice said? Frank got up and looked

around, but saw no one. He knew someone was trying to talk to him, he got out of the Dairy Bar and looked around, but the place was empty. ‘‘Frank we’ re not here, we are contacting you telepathically fromthe space craft orbiting your earth,’’ the voice said. Frank froze when he heard that. He thought that he must be going crazy, but that voice sounded so real, and so serious. ‘‘Frank, we are intelligent beings from the star your Astronomers call Rho Cassiopeiae. Weare here to aid in the restructuring of your troubled earth,’’ said the voice. ‘‘ You mean you’ re extraterres- trials in a U.F.O.?,’” Frank replied. ‘‘ Yes Frank, you can think of us that way,’’ said the voice. Frank thought fora moment about this voice. It seemed so soft and warm and yet did not seem distinctly female or male. Frank then asked, ‘‘ What do you want to talk to me for?’’ There was a short pause before a reply from this being came. ‘‘Frank, I will introduce myself as Maya, you were wondering just a moment ago if I was female or male.’’ ‘‘I am male.’’ ‘‘AsI just said your planet is in a dismal state, many of your problems are very complex due to the dynamic social structures and cultural differences that exist.’’ ‘*Many of your more prosperous nations are, and have been, producing very destructive devices as well as machinery and crafts for inter-planetary warfare.’’ ‘*Poverty is at an incredibly high level in all areas of yourplanet.’’ ‘‘The benefits of technological ad- vances are not shared among all people of your earth’’. “‘The sharing of new technologies would help reduce hardshipsin poor nations.’’

2. ‘‘Your earth inhabitants mass produce by means of manufacturing, and travel in vehicles which have internal combustion engines, fueled by fossil fuels.”’ ‘*This results in a reduction in your planet’s atmos-

pheric planetary shields.’’ ‘‘ Atomic explosions are experimentally performed underground, and these explosions send immense shock waves to the core of your plant, which causes internal planetary upheavals causing the more recent changes in your planet’s atmospheric weather patterns.’’ ‘And finally the people of your planet must learn how to replenish its water supply.’’ ‘‘ Your planet has a natural water replenishing process, however, it has been subjected to larger amounts of used water than it can work witl the end result will be a severe water shortage on you planet.’’ ‘‘Yousee, Frank, we are here to help your planet on a social level and ona physical planetary level,’’ Mayaconcluded. Frank was amazed and admired the intelligence and compassion that flowed from the words Maya spoke. The feeling now was warm and safe, as opposed to scared and confused as before. Frank decided to ask, “If you’re orbiting | earth, how come your ship Is notcaught on NASA radars or something?’’ Maya replied, ** Your planet’s radar systems do have the capability of detecting us orbiting your earth, this is why we have attached our ship to one of the final stage solid booster rockets from the Apollo II mission.’’’’ This rocket detached during its mission outside the planet’s atmosphere and got caught in an orbit.’’ ‘Even though we are technically caught on your radar systems, we are misidentified as old space debris.’’ Frank was satis- fied with that answer, but he had to ask, ‘‘ Why are you coming to me as acontact, there are probably politicians, scientists andeducatorsthatcouldbe — more beneficial in yourrestructuring programfor _ earth.’’ Maya answered the question, ‘‘Frank, first 0} all, you will be an educator and the information we _ will channel to you will become part of your a of young children.’’ ‘‘Other people in your field wi have the benefit ofourinformationforthesame reason.’’ ‘‘As faras your scientific minds are con- — cerned, only some will actually use our chaoui abilities for peaceful and harmonious means, politi- cians are for the most part mostly for self gain and — power over your planet’s masses.”’ |
