Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Roche Bourke, against Edward Cay, l have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward (lay. all the Right, Title and Interest of the said Edward Cay, in and to Forty acres (-10) of Leasehold land on L )6 49, with Seventeen acres (17) of Leasehold land on Lot 50, now in possession of the said Edward Gay, also, ﬁfty-three (53) acres of Freehold land, and ﬁfty-seven (57) acres of Leasehold land on Lot 49, now in possession of Lewis Gay, with the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen's County. and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Friday, the Twenty-ninth (29) day of November next, 1867, at Twelve o'clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being Seventy-one pounds three shillings and fOur pence, debt and costs, with interest on sixty-seven pounds from the seventh day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, besides the Sheriff’s fees and incidental

I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard McCarvell, all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Bernard McCarvell, in and to all that Building Lot and Premises, situated. on Township No. in Queen’s County, near the wharf at Crapaud, having a front of 50, and running back a distance of 113 feet, together with a dwelling House, &c. &c, thereon, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Monday, the second day of December, 1867,at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being Fifty-three pounds (£53), and interest on £50 from the ﬁrst day of November, 1865, together with costs, Sheriff’s fees, and incidental expenses.
