N pursuance ofa Decree made by this honorable Court in this suit, hearing date the Twenty-fifth day of January last, there will be sold by Public Auction. in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial lluilding, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY, the 19th day of AL‘GL'ST next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, ALL the Leasehold Estate, right, title, interest, posscssion, and term of years to come and unexpired of the Defend- ant in this cause, under and by virtue of a certain indenture of Lease, hearing date the 12th day of July, 185:}, made between John Picton Beete, Esq., of the one part, and the said Defendant, of the other part, for the term of Twenty-one years from the day of the date of the said indenture, of, in, to and out of, ALL that certain tract, piece or parch of land, situate on Township Number Forty eight, (-18) in the said Island, bounded and described in this said Indentnre of Lease, as follows, that is to say:-—Cominencing at the North-west angle of a tract of land in possession of Edward Walsh, 0n the south-west side of the Public Road leading to George- town; thencc by a line running (according to the magnetic north of the year 170-1) South, fiftyoone degrees West, to the shore of llillsborough River, being the North-west edge of a projected road; thence following the various courses of said there Northwardly, to the South-west edge of the old Ferry Road; thence following the various courses of the same South-eastwardly, to the place of com- mencement, being two feet South-cast from the South-east end of said Matthew Murphy's Dwelling llouse—as fully delineated by a plan in the margin of said lease—together with the appurtenan- ces to the same belonging.
