Wanted

Roommates to share 4 bedroom duplex -- like dwelling in central Charlottetown. Rent is $550 divided amongst the number of “roomies” (logically, if 4, then the rent is $137.50 each). Heat is included and the utilities total between $30-35 per month per person (based on a year average). We are near two laundramats (and I mean close), a mall (a block and a half away), it is a five minute walk to downtown and fifteen minute walk to UPEI.
