Behold! the second edition of View From the Top is in print. The UPEI Engineering Society is proud” to send seven delegates to the 14th annual Atlantic Student ’ Engineers Congress which is being held at Sant Mary's University in Halifax from October 15-17. The delegates are: from third year — , Billy Phillips, Kerry. MacQuarrie, Michael Roach, Phillip Griffin; second year - Ahmed Shalapi; no first year students will attend. Come on first years, you are becoming a bunch of "saps". maybe some of you should consider changing your major to Biology! _

In sports, it looks like the softball team was robbed of a sure win, which would have certainly moved them .\ onward to the champion— \ ship. I believe it was a ragged bunch calling themselves freshmen, who eeked out a last minute victory. Well, back to the old drawing board! The next intramural sport to be dominated by the engineers is hockey. Bevare opponents, the engineers will have ‘(and mark these words) .the most exciting hockey team in the I .H.L.

Engineers' ‘Nuts and Bolts pub: Huge success. Thursday, October 8th saw the first engineering pub of the season. The sound system was rented and music was supplied by Ramsay Tweel and Dean Morrissey. Engineering hospitality brought out many partyers and we greatly appreciated the company of the "nurses" whom without, the pub would not have been a success.
