Member for each of the Electoral Districts of this Island, to serve in the Legislative Council, were returnable on the TWENTY-FIRST day of JANUARY last ; and the W rits for the Election of Members to serve in the House of Assembly for the several Electoral Districts, and Towns, and Royalties of this Island, are returnable on WEDNESDAY, the TWENTIETE day of MARCH, instant:

I have thought ﬁt, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, to issue this, my Proclamation, and give notice, that! have appointed THURSDAY, the EIGHTEENTH day of APRIL next, for the meeting of the General Assembly of this Island

FOR THE ’DESPATOH OF BUSINESS.

And I do hereby require the Members of the said Legisla- tive Council and Assembly to attend in General Assembly, on the said EIGHTEENTH day of APRIL next, whereof they, and all others concerned, are desired to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

Given under my hand and the Great Seal of this Island, at Charlottetown, in the unit] Ialtend, this Nineteenth day gof March, tn the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, and in the ’l'hirtieth year of Her Majesty‘s reign.

Supreme Court, Queen’s County—Easter Term. UBLIC Notice is hereby given, that Her Majesty’s Su- preme Court of Judicature, for Queen’s County, will be held, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on TUESDAY, the 7th day of MAY next, at thehour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which. all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constablesand Bailiﬁ‘s, will take netice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulﬁl those things which by reason of their several oﬂices shall be to be done. Given under my hand at Charlottetown, in the Island of Prince Edward, this 3rd day of A ril. 1867.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Daniel Brenan against Bartholomew Pollard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bartholomew Pollard. All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Town Lots Nos. 88, 89,90, in the First Hundred of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen’ (13,) bounded by a line commencing at a stake ﬁxed on- Dor- chester Street, at the south-west corner of Town Lot No. 91, thence westwardly along Dorchester Street 40 feet, and extend- ing back by parallel lines, 80 feet. Also, all that other tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Char~ iottetown, bounded as follows, that is to say—commencing at the south-east angle of Lown Lot No. 23, on the north side of Water Street, thence by a line running at a right angle with , the said street northwardly, for the distance of 80 feet, thence by a line parallel to the said street, northeastwardly, for the distance of 42 feet, thence by a right angle line southeast- wardly, for the distance of 80 feet to the said Street, thence following the course of the said street southwestwardly, 42 feet, to the place of commencement, being one-foorth part of Town Lot No. 24, in the First Hundred of Town Lots in the» said Town, in Queen’s Count , together with the buildings and appurtenances thereto be engine; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 12th day of January, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set u and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much t ereof as will satisfy the lev marked on the said writ, being £75 12s 4d., with 163.8 ._for this writ, and interest on £71 153. 8d,, from 27th March, 1866,

until paid, besides Sheriff 's fees and incidentalexpenses.
