Early in the campaign it was recognised that the purpose of the Alliance could not be effectively accomplished with t the dlsiribll‘ t-lon of literature. veral methods were considered. one of these W415, the publication and mailing of Pamphlets. it was round that the cost of printing and particularly the cost of 905-1338 irouhl make this method prohibitive.
