bidder, the repairing ol' the nndermentioned Roads as follows, viz: On Monday, the 17th ol'June next,at 8 o’clock, in the forenoon, the repairing of the main post road with stones, sale to commence at Moore’s lots; same day, at 12 o’clock, repairing road from Brudnel wharf (north) to Cardi- gan bridge ; same day, at three o’clock, opening part of new road from Cardigan bridge to Alley’s. On Tuesday, the 18th June, repairing north Royalty road from Ferry road at R. Campbell’s to the western boundary of the District, sale to commence at said Ferry road, at eight o’clock, a. m.; same day, at one o’clock, road bounding the royalty en the west; same day, at three o’clock, road from Alexander Morrison’s shore to main post road. Auction, the repairs to the Roads and Bridges in this District, as follows: On Monday, the 17th June, the road from the County line to Morel River, commencing at the County line, St. Andrew’s, at 9 o’clock, a. m., and on the way the road to St. Peter’s Western Church, and, in succession, the following other roads, viz: From main road to Joseph McEWen’s; from main road to St. Peter’s Lake; the road from Clarke’s mills along St. Peter’s Settlement and from main road to St. Peter’s Harbor. On Tuesday, 18th, Canavoy road at 9 o’clock. a 03.; immediately after, the road across the Barns to Douglas’s; the road around the Head of‘ Hillsborough River, commencing at the County line, south side of the Hillsborough River; the bridge at the head of" the Hillsborough River, and head of Hillsboronuh Settlement road. On Wednesday, the 19th, the road from Hughes’ mill to Morel road; at 9 o’clock, immediately after. the road is est of Morel ; the road from Peter Siunot’s to main road; the road from John McEwen’s road to Peter Sinnott’s; John 'McEwen's road; the road from J ardiae’e gate to McEwen’s road:

On Thursday, 90th, the Cardigan road, within the District, commencing at the Chapel, at. 9 o’clock. a. in.; immediately after, the road from Cardigan road to James bIcRae’; the road from Cardigan road to Peake’s road, and from Cillon’s to Peake’s road. also, lrom John Jay’s to Gillon’s, and from Cillon‘s to Douglas’s. Previous to the above dates, all persons owning timber, etc., ob- structing the said roads, are directed to remove the same without [further notice.
