All that tract, piece or parcel o" Land commencing at a stake fixod in the south-west angle of Neil McCa'lum’s granted land; thence north 3 deg. 40 m. west, twenty-one chains; thenee west. six chains and forty links to Winsloc lload; thence crossing said road; thence north, along west side thereof, seven chains and sixty links; thence west, fifty chains; thence south, twenty-nine chains and forty-six links to a road leading from liustieo lioad to Winsloe lload; thence east, lit'ty chains to said last mentioned road; thence north, eighty-six links along said read; thence, after crossing said read, east eight chains and ten links along a road twenty feet wide, to the place of staking, containing, by estimation, one hundred and sixty-two acres of Land, a little more or less, and is part of said Township N0. Thirty-three, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of October, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Sixty pounds and five peace, with interest from date, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
