Action on the forma. tion of a council to deal with the matter was deferred pending the final action of the members of the Nova Scotia Society. The gather. ing was addressed by Andrew I-lol. leti. Regional Director of the Food and Drug Act. who outlined the actto the delegates. At the luncheon session. chaired by Robert McLean. president of the New Brunswick Society, the gathering was addressed by P.T. Molsley, National president. The speaker who was introduced by E. Hynes. said that something was happening in pharmacy across Canada and the quality of the men and women in the profession of the dicussionii was becoming much higher than five or six years ago. In the next few years. said Mr. Molsl.-zy. "Pharmacists will assume far more responsibility as the final patient safeguard."

At the dinner meeting last eve- ning, which was chaired by Ger- ald Buckley, Halifax, the guest speaker Dr. Frederick Robertson. An exquisite five piece silver tea service was then pre- sented on behalf of the South Winsloo Congregation by Messrs. Freddy Turner. Nelson Steven- son and Erith Hughes. Mr. and Mrs. Hardy heai-tilyrthsnked the people who had been so kind and considerate toward them during the Post four years. and for the kind thoughts expressed in such a tangible manner.

A most pleasant evening was silent in a stag song and social converse. Also the flash camera was kept busy. Delicious re- freshments were served by the ladies after which all joined in singing "God Be with You Till We Meet Again."

To you. Mr. Hardy. this church has bail in their minister an able spokesman. God has guided you from week to week to bring to us so many truths from the Bible in your most inspiring messages. You have made God's plan and the way of Salvation very plain. The Young People should not readily forget the council and help you have given. and the wonderful Bible study periods spent together. The sick and needy of our community also those in hospitals looked forward to your many visits. and your generosity to children will long be remembered.
