Dwelling House, &c., &c., thereon ;.and I do hereby give Public Notice thatI will, on Tuesday, the Sixth (6) day of October next, One thousand Eight hundred and sixty-eight, (1868), at Twelve o’clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown. in the said county, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said \Vrit, being Twenty-seven pounds and one shilling. Y virtue of aWrit of Fieri Facias, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Sydney Tudor Evans and Amelia Evans, against Garrett Russell, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Garrett Russell, all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interesn of tue said Garrett Russell, in and to Seventy acres of Land, situate on Townshiy thirty-three, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, bounded as follows : commencing on the west side 01 the Union Road, in the north-east angle of land in the occupation of Ronald Matthewson, and running thence, by the Magnetic Meridian of the year 1761, west to the rear line of farms fronting on the Brackley Point Road, thence northerly along the said rear line fourteen chains and sixty-two links, thence east to the Union Road aforesaid, and thence southerly along the same fourteen chains and sixty-two links to the place of commencement; and I do hereby give Public Notice. tliathill, on Tuesday, the Twenty-ninth day of September next, 1868 at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said Caunty, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said \Vrit, being £49 93. 6d.
