Granted, it takes two to tangle, but why is it that other teams like to do their tan- gling with us? Opposing teams seem to think that we are just a bunch of goons and are only capable of playing dirty hockey. Nothing could be further from

From the very beginning of the intramural season our in- tentions have been, and wil continue to be, to play good, fair, competitive hockey. We are capable of giving any team in this league a run for their money, as our 10 and 2 record shows. If the other team skates hard, we try to skate harder; if they play a physical game, of course we'll hit them back; and if they want to play it dirty, we have plenty of qualified play- ers who are capable of making it rough. This is not a threat and we hope no one takes it as one. All we do is play hockey and make stire that no-one tries to deliberately harm one of our players.

The Bios try once in a while, and sometimes you can hear a faint grunt from The En- gineers, but let’s face it, things just aren’t like they used to be.

Well, The Pit Bulls refuse to let good times die at UPEI. If there is a cause, be it a mock funeral or the Terry Fox run, we will be there. If you want people at your pubs, issue us a challenge. We love challenges. We will take on anybody, any- place, anytime, at anything (well, almost anything). What bugs us the most are those who gripe and complain about hav- ing nothing to do or that it’s no fun here. Well, no one can ac- cuse us of not doing our part. We are having fun, we have al- ways had fun, and we will con- tinue to have fun. And by the way, the next time you see us having fun, you can do one of two things. 1} Have some fun too- there’s lots to go around, or 2) You can ply to puck off. Now that that is all out of our system let’s talk about some- thing else.
