Corbett. and his wre, a trained nurse. were visiting in the home, but the call was so sudden that he was beyond human aid. His minister and many friends soon gathered at the home and did all possible to give relief and help to the stricken widow and family.

The funeral service was held at theUnited Church on Tuesday. July 6th and was attended by a very large number of people from fa: and near. Rev. Arthur Wallis was in charge of the service and gave the address. Rev. J. W. A. Nicholson and Rev. W. A. Mc- Quarric assisted very helpfully and the service brought a good measure of help and comfort to all. Rev. Bruce Carew related by marriage was present and united ln the conduct of the service.

A very large representation of Orangemen and Free Masons ai- tendcd and each order conducted their impressive ceremonies at. the grave in the new Bradalbaue Cemtery.

Family conriectiolns who are left to mourn the 10m of a much- beloved member, are halfsisters Mary (Mrs. Ed. Hickox), of At- tleboro, Mass.‘ Kate iMrs. Ingllsl, Hanover. Mass. Another half-sis- ter, Flora (Mrs. Alex. McDonald). of Hunter, predeceased him five years ago.

There are also full Malcolm. Murdoch and William and a sister Jessie (Mrs. Fred Carew) all of New Bedford, Mass. and one sister Margaret (Mrs. Calvin Reeves) off Freetown, P.E.I.

In the home are left to mourn their loss, his widow. nee Fiorrie Glllis. two children Margaret and
