Today is the half-way snark in Canada's Third Victory Loan campaign and up until last night citizens of Prince Ed- ward Island had subscirbed close to 501 per cent of their minimum objective of $1,750,000, figures released from Provin- cial Ileadquarters showed.

The total for the province stood at $862,700. This was a Jump of $78,150 over Monday's figure.

Objectives over Holland and Belgium were bombed by these new aircraft, which are con- structed mainly of wood.
