Mr. Kiesnepy, the Scottish vocalist, who sang in C sarlottetown Tuesday night, did not carry away a very good impression of the working of the Scot t Act in that city. In Reuddock’s Hall, Wednesday night, he said that about a dozen drunken men were in the gallery of the Char) ottetown theatre while his extartainment wus going on. He came out to the Island last fall. He was poor and gained a livelihood in various places. Last night he worked about the railway station at George- town. This morning he came on the train to- wards town, but as he bad no ticket he had to get off at Cardigay Near Cardigan he fell asleep on the tras, and was killed.
