Ihereby give notice, that I will set up and sell, at Public Auction, on Tuesday. the 7th day of July ensu- ing, at the hour of nine o'clock in the forenoon ; com- mencing. will sell the road leading through the Milltown settlement; same day, immediately. the road east 01 Morell to McDonald’s mills ; immediately, on the same day. the Marsh Road, Lot 40; same day, Main Road east of Morell to St. Peter’s Bay. On Wednesday. July 8th, at the hour of nine o’clock, forenoon, will sell the road leading through Cardigan, and Bridges; immediately, the Church Road; on the same day, the Baltic Road commencing at McKenzie’s; in the afternoon of the same day. the Forest Hill Road by McKay’s mills : and on the same day, road from Cross Road, Little Baltic, New Settlement, Lot 41, Cardigan Road, to McKay’s mills. the amount of the invoice of Dutlable Goods, imported. into

this Island from the United States of America, shall, in cs-

timating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of this Island, as follows :—

In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Dol- lars and cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island, by allowing for each Dollar the sum of FOUR SHILLINGS AND SIX-FENCE, and in the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar, of which all Collectors of Impost are to take notice and govern them-
