‘ SHERIFF‘S SALES.

)Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued

' out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of George Beer and George Iiohert Beer, Merchants, against Mal- colm McLean, absent debtor, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Malcolm McLean. All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Malcolm McLean in and to all that tract or piece of land situate on Township Number 67, in Queen's County, in Prince Edward Island, described as follows, that is to say: commencing 011 the Anderson Road at the Southwest Corner of land held by Angus Matheson: it runs thence North 161)) chains; thence West ten chains, or to the East boundary of James Todd‘s farm; thence South along the said boundary to the road aforesaid; and thence along side of said road, South-easterly, to the place of commencement; and is hounded on the East by land held by Angus Matheson, on the West by James Todd, on the South by Anderson’s Road. and on the North by the rear line of Farms fronting on Dunk River—the said Courses being accm'ding to the Magnetic variation of the year 1764; together with the buildings and appur- tenances to the same belonging, in Queen's County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the Eighteenth day of November, 1566, at Twelve o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetovm, in the said County, Set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being (1152 Us lld) fifty-taro pounds and eleven pence, currency, with lawful interest on (£254 ‘25 2d) thirty four pounds two shillings and two pence, from the First of July, 1863, until paid, together with 165 Sd for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

BY virtue ofa writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Suprems Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against Thomas Noonan, deceased, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Thomas Noonan, deceased, All his right, title and leasehold interest during his lifetime, in and to 50 acres of Land, situate on Township No. 1, in Prince County, together with all the buildings andimprovements thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Saturday the lst day of December, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy mark- ed on said writ being £68 118 7d., with lawful interest on £59 53. part. thereof, tiom the 28th day of January, 1863, until paid, to- gether with Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Stramburg against Arthur lIarvie, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Arthur IIarvie, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Arthur Harvic, in and to 88 acres ofland, a little more or loss, situate on Townships numbers 23 and 24, and bounded as followsz—commencing at a. stake ﬁxed in the western side of the New Glasgow Road, and in the northern boundary of Richard Bolt’s farms, thence north eighty nine degrees west, to the distance of seventy eight chains; thence north forty-two degrees west, eleven chains and ﬁfty links; theiice south along the old division line between Townships Nos. 32 and '24, forty two chains ﬁfty links, thence north four chains, seventy- five links; thence south eighty-nine degrees, east thirty-five chains to the New Glasgow Road; thence south thirty-two degrees, cast eighteen chains seventy links to the place of beginningin Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 17th day of November, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court IIouse,in Charlottectl'nvn, 1n the said County, set up and sell at public auc- tion the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £74 163 8d, besides Sheriti’s fees and incidental expenses.
